Matt came up with this workout for me to do on the beach during vacation! However, it was cold and rainy and I don't do cold weather, so now we're doing it in the warm gym to share with you! Doing this workout on the sand, though, would be amazing! Sinking in the sand during the skaters and jump squats would make your muscles work that much more!
