I don't remember ever being able to do a pull up, but I'd love to do one eventually. That's why Matt makes me do upper body workouts so often. I run pretty often and love to do ab workouts, but left to my own devices arms and shoulders are not on my priority list. However, as much as you hate an exercise and no matter how hard it is, you'll be healthier for giving it a try. So while I complain about days when we do nothing, but triceps and biceps, push ups and weight lifting, it's nice to see the little bit of tone in my arms when I brush my teeth the next morning!
