I love cardio, but don't always want to go to the gym and run on the treadmill. Plus, it's way too cold to wake up and run in the mornings, so my cardio has consisted of spin classes and playing basketball. This easy cardio workout is one that you can do at the end of the day and without going to the gym! You'll work up a sweat and feel great!
