Valentine's Day Partner Workout!!



We are less than a week away from Valentine's Day! And this year (at least for me) Valentine's Day is right in the middle of a three day weekend!!! That means there is no excuse to not sneak in a quick workout! You have three free days so pick one and take yourself and a partner (boyfriend, girlfriend, BFF!) to the gym and work off that fancy French dinner and yummy cupcakes!

If you're drinking this weekend make sure that you hydrate before you head out to the gym! Just because you're "drinking" doesn't mean you're getting hydrated. Alcohol dries you out, so combat that with lots of water before you start sweating it out at the gym!

I have no idea what I am doing for Valentine's weekend (there's talk the KB is planning a trip!), but whatever it is I will make sure to have my running shoes ready!
