It's been awhile since I posted a video, but there are many reasons for that (most of which I will get into in my next video on Sunday!) However, Matt and I are back and we got the camera out to film this amazing core workout. It targets your abs and I promise you'll feel the burn (maybe for a few days!) You'll do this workout three times through, but feel free to take short breaks in between!
Like I said in the description box on YouTube, I believe you can look fabulous in a bikini without having rock hard abs. Dreaming of looking like a Victoria Secret model isn't always realistic (especially if you're only 5' 6", like me), but you can work to get your body to a point that you are proud to flaunt at the pool!
It's important to remember that doing this workout on it's own won't give you the results you're looking for, so pair it up with a clean diet, some cardio and lots of water (staying hydrated is crazy important!)! I promise if you push yourself and eat right, you'll be Instagram-ready by Spring Break!! Love the body you have, keep it fit and treat it right!
