You know the best way to get over a long Monday? No, it's not coffee. Good guess, but it also isn't a glass of wine. The BEST way to start your week and deal with a stressful Monday is to hit the gym! Nothing will make you feel better than doing something good for your body!
Seriously though, when you work out your brain releases all kind of chemicals that make you feel happy! So go home, put your sweatpants on and before you pull up Netflix or binge on spring fashion haul videos do this workout! Then reward yourself with a healthy dinner and big glass of water with a spritz of lemon! Afterwards, take a long hot shower, stretch out your muscles and I promise you'll get the best night's sleep!
It will be Friday again before we know it! Have an awesome workout!
