Week 3: June Ab Challenge

We're kicking off the third week of the June Ab Challenge! I hope the month has been treating you well! We've done thirteen days of ab exercises, so we are almost halfway there. Are you sticking to the schedule? How's your progress?

I've been feeling great over the last few weeks and have worked so hard to get a workout in every day! It's amazing how quickly adding a daily exercise routine can impact you. And I've found that it's always easier when you're working towards an end goal or sticking to an actual schedule. So print this .pdf out and tape it to a mirror or buy that bikini you've been lusting after and show off all your hard work on July 1!! 


Happy workout! I'm headed to spin class tonight and then rocking today's ab workout when I get home!!
