Start your month right!


July was a crazy, crazy, crazy month. I ended up just needing to take a step back and work to regain some focus and much needed perspective. I think that everyone deserves a mental break every now and again. This blog is very much a passion project that I work on whenever I can in my super busy schedule. I took a few weeks off, posted when I felt like I had strong content to share, but really focused more on finding my inspiration again. I set some new goals for myself and I can't wait to see what this fall brings! 

Speaking of goals the first of every month is a fresh start and a chance to really go after what you want! This workout will definitely get you one step closer! Fitness is always something that I strive for and in a crazy way helps me find that perspective I was talking about before. A great workout not only makes my body feel great, but it helps clear all the clutter from my mind. I think last month taught me that I really need to work on finding some calm in the storm and the best way I can get to that is through some great physical activity.

And with all that said we've missed you guys!
